At Unplugged, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Unplugged account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack the Electronics

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund without restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
